BB Listings — Terms and Conditions1. Services BB Listings provides real estate photography, videography, aerial drone imagery, 360° virtual tours, floor plans, virtual staging, and related media services ("Services") as selected by the Client at time of booking. Final deliverables and turnaround times will be confirmed at booking and may vary based on package selected and property size.2. Payment Payment is due at time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are calculated based on property square footage and selected package. Promotional discounts (e.g., first-time client offers) apply only under the stated conditions and cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Client may reschedule or cancel a shoot by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows" at the scheduled property, may be subject to a cancellation fee. BB Listings reserves the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions or airspace restrictions — including properties located in controlled airspace where LAANC authorization is unavailable or cannot be obtained in time for the scheduled shoot — at no additional charge to the Client.4. Property Access & Site Conditions Client is responsible for ensuring the property is accessible, presentable, and safe to shoot at the scheduled time (utilities on, areas tidy, pets secured, etc.). Additional charges may apply if BB Listings must return to the property due to site conditions outside its control.5. Delivery & Revisions Deliverables will be provided digitally within the timeframe specified for the selected package. Reasonable revision requests will be accommodated; requests for significant reshoots or scope changes beyond the original booking may incur additional charges.6. Aerial (Drone) Services Aerial photography and video are captured in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations. BB Listings will make commercially reasonable efforts to obtain any necessary permissions for aerial capture but is not liable for delays or exclusions of aerial content due to airspace restrictions, weather, or other conditions beyond its control.7. Parcel Boundary Overlay Disclaimer Where included, parcel boundary overlays are generated from publicly available county GIS/assessor data and are provided for illustrative and marketing purposes only. They are approximate and do not constitute a legal survey. BB Listings makes no warranty as to the precision of boundary lines and recommends a licensed survey for any purpose requiring exact boundary determination.8. Usage Rights & Promotional Use Upon full payment, Client receives a license to use delivered media for the marketing and sale of the applicable property, including on MLS, brokerage websites, and social media. BB Listings retains ownership of all original files and the right to use any photography, video, aerial imagery, virtual tours, and behind-the-scenes content captured during the shoot — including content captured via wearable or secondary devices — for its own portfolio, marketing, advertising, and social media purposes, without additional compensation to the Client. Client may notify BB Listings in writing of specific privacy concerns (e.g., a listing that must remain confidential), and BB Listings will make reasonable accommodations upon request.9. Limitation of Liability BB Listings' total liability for any claim arising from its Services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the applicable shoot. BB Listings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays in property sale or marketing arising from delivery timing.
10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
